SHOP POLICY
Current processing times will always be displayed on our website . Average processing times are normally up to 3 weeks, and they can be prolonged during Fall & Winter holidays due to high volume of orders.Most items in our shop are handmade thus MADE TO ORDER. Which is the reason for the lengthy turn around times.
Tracking info will be emailed to you after order is ready. After receiving tracking, please allow a few days for information to be updated for delivery. Please be aware updates thru the tracking app are not always updated promptly. Due to COVID-19 delays may occur. Please allow additional time for USPS to update your order. Orders may appear as “pre-shipment” or stuck “in transit” for several days. Once the order leaves our office we are no longer liable.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returned or exchanged items and require a restocking fee.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt, image or proof of purchase.
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) are:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Signs of use and wear
Returns or exchanges will be issued after a quality check. We will contact via email weather the item/s are approved or rejected for said return/exchange. If items are rejected we will return items and no refund/exchange will be issued.
